The cocktail format works well for corporate events, receptions and venues with several rooms, or where there is no space for a Swedish buffet. Staff carry canapés and drinks on platters and serve guests as they mingle, without fixed dining seats.
Via Stella Catering & Events prepares Light 1, Light 2, Light 3, MEDIUM and PREMIUM packages, with a clear price per person. Light 1 is canapés and small bites, Light 2 adds pies, Light 3 adds mixed cocktail grill, and MEDIUM and PREMIUM widen the selection.
By arrangement we provide equipment, waiters and a cocktail station with a bartender. Mention special requirements (vegan, gluten-free) in your inquiry.
